I built Shopiators as an Indian-built commerce platform for businesses in India and around the world—giving entrepreneurs genuine control, native payment workflows, and an accessible platform to grow without technical barriers.

Why I Built Shopiators
Technology should solve real business friction, not create more of it.
My connection to commerce started early in my father's mobile shop in Indore. Watching customer foot traffic drop as online marketplaces grew showed me how quickly traditional retail was changing. That curiosity led me into web development and founding Webiators in 2018 to build and optimize online stores.
In December 2021, I launched an apparel brand, CIYAPA, to experience business from the merchant's side. Managing inventory, high COD returns, and everyday logistics was eye-opening. It taught me that running an online store is far more than launching a website—it is about surviving the daily operational friction that follows.
Existing platforms often felt either too expensive or overly complex, requiring a maze of plugins just to handle basic Indian payments. I built Shopiators to give businesses practical, reliable commerce technology—engineered in India, free of arbitrary commissions, and simple enough to run without developer retainers.
